We put energy, intention, and care into everything from program delivery to our marketing so that what you are offered and promised is what we deliver (actually, we aim to over-deliver! Because of the considerable time, energy and effort we put into every client's experience, we have a no refund policy.
That being said, we do want you to be happy with the service you receive.

AUTOMATIC BILLING:
If you have chosen the payment plan for your service, payments will be automatically billed to the card on file as outlined on the checkout page.
IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF A DISPUTE (Non-Disparagement)
In the event of a dispute between us, we agree to resolve the dispute amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved privately, we agree to submit the matter to mediation.
You will have access to any tools or materials provided during your service via your Client Tracker, which will be sent via a Custom Google Doc and shared with you during your first session. Once we complete our work together, you can make a copy of the Google Document for your own records.
