Conscious Creative Living

Do you ever get that jolt of creative inspiration when you feel energy and excitement like you have tapped into something so much larger than yourself? Do you love to make things with your hands? Act? write? Or play music? Or maybe your expression of creativity is the way you plant your garden, decorate your house or cook a fabulous dinner?

You get the rush of a new idea and you dive into researching how you can make it happen! You order all the books on the topic and buy all the supplies you think you will need.  Just when you’re feeling ‘READY” to start, self-doubt starts to set in. You start thinking about all of the things you need to make this happen, and how many people have done it before you, and how will you ever find the time to do the project the way you really want to, and you get overwhelmed. Frustration sets in, followed by procrastination. And then, disappointment because you know, just like so many times before, you will never make it happen. Another idea lost, more money wasted. Now you have to face your family and friends that you already shared your ‘next big thing’ with and tell them you changed your mind. You might even have to face your partner, who was seen this pattern so many times before. You start feeling really bad about yourself. The negative self-talk starts chattering and leaves you stewing in your own self-loathing.

And then… a few months later, another idea strikes! And this cycle continues.

I know this feeling all too well because this was me! I would get this strike of inspiration and hit the ground running… only to smash into the wall of self-doubt and comparison a few weeks later.

One of my biggest roadblocks was time. I would get these ideas, and never take the time to fully explore them or think them through. Even if I was super committed to an idea, the time for creativity always came last, after work, after the laundry, after everyone else was taken care of. Once I realized I needed to create a container for my creativity and make that my top priority, everything else in my life flowed so much smoother.  The energy I felt having spent time foster my creative side, gave me more energy to give everything and everyone else in my life. I had more time and stopped racing the clock.

That’s why I created Conscious Creative Living – a three month customized coaching program to help you cradle your creativity and ignite your ideas into being.

In this program, we get clear on what’s been keeping you stuck. What rules have you been living by that no longer serve you? What patterns or stories are you telling yourself? We will uncover what is most important to YOU, where you’re honoring that and where you’re not.

We will build a container for your creativity so you have the time and space to make those ideas happen!

This is a one-on-one program that will help move you forward towards your dreams and give you the tools to continue your creative journey well after our time together.

Here’s what’s included:

  • 3 months of one-on- one support by phone, video conference or in person.
  • Weekly check-in calls to help you get unstuck and keep you on track towards your goals.
  • Exercises to help you get clear on where you are, what you want, how you want to feel and where you want to go!
  • Gentle and encouraging accountability.
  • Email support whenever needed.
  • Self-love care package – custom essential oil, a journal customized local artist and a few more goodies!

This program starts July 15th, 2017.
